SEASONAL VOLUNTEER

 

Background - this activity is mainly focused on individuals who come to our area for an extended period of time. Stays in the range of three months or more are typical.

 

Duties - the duties will normally be defined by the Refuge Manager. Typically, items such as longer term projects fit into this category. Examples of some past or on-going projects are; constructing a large bat house, hydrology projects, building maintenance, trail maintenance, etc.

 

Hours Required - will vary depending on the scope of the project.

 

Skills/Licenses Required - will vary depending on the scope of the project.

 

Training - will vary depending on the scope of the project.
