Duties - the volunteer will be involved in answering the Refuge telephone, providing visitors with information about the Refuge, conducting tours of the exhibits, answering questions, assisting the Refuge staff as required.


Hours Required - there is no set number of hours per day or number of days per week. There is a lot of flexibility in this area.


Skills Required - the volunteer should be at ease in dealing with walk-in visitors, have good telephone skills, be willing to take on a variety of jobs (not all at once, however).


Training - on the job training will be provided by Refuge staff and experienced volunteers.
